The sun is shining, the grill is fired up, and the patio is calling. There’s no better way to toast the season than with a glass of Pinot Noir in hand—and not just any Pinot. This is the moment for a wine that’s as vibrant, nuanced, and effortless as your favorite outdoor evenings.

Why Pinot Noir is a Patio Essential

Elegant yet approachable, our Sonoma County Pinot Noir is made for outdoor living. With its fresh red fruit flavors, silky texture, and mouthwatering acidity, it strikes the perfect balance—light enough to refresh on warm afternoons, yet structured enough to complement everything from grilled salmon to artisan cheeses.

For those warmer days? Give it a light chill and discover just how refreshing Pinot can be.

Crafted with Care

What makes this wine so perfect for patio season? It starts in the vineyard. Our Pinot Noir grapes are hand-picked during the cool early morning hours to preserve their fresh, delicate flavors. At the winery, we cold soak the fruit for several days to enhance color and aroma, then ferment in small, open-top tanks with twice-daily punch downs for added depth and complexity. After a gentle pressing, the wine is aged for 11 months in French oak barrels (25% new)—a process that adds subtle hints of spice and rounds out the palate.

Tasting Notes

A wine with remarkable grace, depth, and freshness, our Raeburn Sonoma County Pinot Noir is a a delicious pour. Brilliant crimson in the glass, the wine opens with aromas of berry pie, lavender, and vanilla. On the palate, layers of lush wild blueberry, raspberry, and cherry meet hints of roasted hazelnut, creating a wine that’s as polished as it is playful. The finish is graceful, lingering just long enough to invite another sip.

Whether you’re planning a full spread or just grazing through a cheese board, Pinot is endlessly pairing-friendly:
